Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV)
Save your energy and cut your costs
Growing environmental awareness and soaring energy prices are increasingly influencing the design of mechanical ventilation systems.
In particular, the inclusion of a heat recovery facility can bring considerable energy savings as well as reducing related carbon emissions. That’s because these systems can regain up to 70% of the energy from the extract airstream of a ventilation system.
The most common type of heat recovery used for ventilation systems is the crossflo heat exchanger. This system works by transferring energy from one air stream to another with no cross contamination.
For commercial applications, we specialise in the Daikin VAM HRV system and the Mitsubishi Electric LOSSNAY HRV system. Both are leading Japanese brands and their quality is guaranteed.
For residential applications, we favour the VENT-AXIA and ITHO heat recovery systems.
